Mother Praises Indian Railways Staff for Making Delicious Food for Her Toddler, Internet Reacts

A post is going viral and many are praising it. A woman traveling by train from Bihar to Bengaluru has praised Indian Railways staff for arranging quick food and showing exceptional kindness for her toddler. She has shared an Instagram post about this.

The lady was holding a little container for her two year old son and a bag of oats. She asked the personnel in the pantry to make her child’s oats. The woman claimed she had intended to feed her kid oats for supper throughout the two night trip because she didn’t want to rely entirely on external food.

She was left pleasantly surprised by what followed. Her oats packet was simply removed from her by the pantry staff, who cooked it in five minutes and gave it back. The lady was pleased with how promptly and efficiently the IRCTC employees handled the request.

“What touched me even more was not just the food, but the genuine helpfulness and kindness of the staff. They were so cooperative and welcoming and there was absolutely no hesitation in helping a mother travelling with her baby,” she said. “Travelling with a baby isn’t always easy, but a little kindness along the way makes a BIG difference,” she added.

She thanked Ashiwini Vaishaw, the Minister of Railways, saying that small gestures like the one by IRCTC personnel might make a long journey so much easier and memorable. Several Instagram users praised the Indian Railways staff for facilitating the woman’s travel.
