It Costs Zero: Man Helps Confused Elderly Woman at Delhi Airport, Receives Praise Online

Many a time we see in airports, elderly people travel alone and sometimes they get confused or feel helpless. In such time, kindness matters. Recently, a video has grabbed the attention of many where a man shares his experience of when an early woman got confused and how he helped her.

Aatmaj Kapoor, a content creator, helped an elderly woman at Delhi Airport who was feeling helpless. He stated in an Instagram video captioned, “Lost passenger at Delhi Airport” that he saw the woman having trouble locating her boarding gate.

Kapoor intervened to help her after a short verification of her flight information and his touching actions drew a lot an appreciation on social media. He went to the woman in the now viral video and explained in a straightforward way where she was meant to board her flight after looking it up on FlightRadar.

According to him, she was unaware of the route of her journey. The flight was scheduled to depart for Kolkata at 7:10 am. Kapoor then checked FlightRadar and the departure board, confirming that the trip would be departing from gate number 55, placing her in the right spot.
