The winter is over and the weather in several locations is now warmer. Rain is expected in some areas of the northern region. The IMD predicts that Delhi will have a few light showers on Wednesday.
In the press release, the IMD stated that isolated rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning was likely over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan on 17th and 18th.
The capital city saw a high temperature of 28.5°C on Sunday, February 15, which was 4°C higher than average for this time of year. According to reports, the maximum temperature will reach 29°C on Monday and Tuesday. According to the IMD, Delhi would experience clear skies on Monday, with the maximum and minimum temperatures ranging from 27°C to 29°C and 11°C to 13°C, respectively.

Over Delhi, the IMD predicted that the maximum temperatures will be significantly higher than normal, that is, 3.1°C to 5.0°C, while the minimum temperatures will be close to average. According to the IMD, a weak western disturbance will pass Delhi on Wednesday, bringing with it only sporadic light rain.
