Chaotic Scene Inside IndiGo Flight as Passengers Stand, Pass Food in Aisle, Video Viral
There has been a debate on social media about a video that shows passengers on an IndiGo flight standing in the aisle, moving between seats and giving food to their family members. Some users compared the setting inside the plane to a local train. The video recorded during an IndiGo flight from Krabi, Thailand to New Delhi, was uploaded to Instagram by user Neeraj Priyanka Choudhary.
The video shows a few passengers in the front row standing in the aisle, bending over their seats and conversing with family members in the back. Between the rows, a few passengers also seem to be passing food to others. Two flight attendants can be seen going, instructing passengers to return to their seats.
According to the user, despite repeated warnings, some passengers kept talking and moving around. Passengers in rows one through 5, according to him, were boisterous, walking around the cabin and sharing food. Additionally, he stated that while several passengers were still standing and moving about, the seatbelt sign had been turned on due to turbulence.
He stated that he made an effort to bring up the issue with the cabin crew. He said that he was not against passengers having food but that he was concerned about their conduct and purported disregard for safety advice.
