Aesthetics, Color Themes to PVC Flooring: Inside the Amrit Bharat Coaches Inspected By Railway Minister

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited Delhi station on Saturday to inspect the new generation Amrit Bharat train sample coaches. The coaches have a touch of modern, simple and elegant interior which will impress the passengers. Let’s take a look at the interiors of these coaches, which are designed for comfortable, cozy travel.

The coaches have unique interior color themes, with matching colors used throughout the key elements, including the PVC flooring, the seat and berth rexine, the snack tables, the curtains and the restrooms. All the materials used in these coaches meet HL3 fire safety criteria, which means that they are safer for passengers in addition to a better visual appeal.

“The railway has prepared models of coaches with new designs and improved toilet facilities in order to increase the safety and convenience of passengers. The sample coach was made by improving upon a previously used coach.” The Railway Minister tweeted the visuals through a video on X with this caption.

In order to improve travel for non-AC passengers, Indian Railways has created a new class of long-distance passenger services called Amrit Bharat trains. These trains are officially referred to as the Amrit Bharat Express and they are marketed as an improvement over standard mail and express services, especially for popular intercity and long-distance lines, according to the reports.
