The 8th Pay Commission has released its official website, which includes 18 questions with a survey on the MyGov platform that seeks input from workers and stakeholders. Money for its creation was set aside in the Union Budget of 2026, according to the reports.

The Pay Commission states that there will be no public disclosure of individual responses and that any results from the survey will be presented in aggregate form, without identifying participants. The deadline for submitting comments is March 16, 2026, according to the 8th Pay Commission.

The 8th Central Pay Commission seeks perspectives, opinions and inputs in order to be better informed. Through a questionnaire with 18 questions available on the MyGov.in website, these inputs are being actively solicited in an organized way. The Pay Commission’s statement on its website invites responses from ministries, departments, state/UTs, government employees, union territory workers, judicial officials, court officers/employees, members of regulatory bodies, associations or unions of current or former employees, pensioners, scholars, academics and people, according to the website.
