After years of anticipation, Uday Shetty is back and how! Since the day Welcome 3 was announced, fans have been desperately waiting for further updates on the release date and cast. Now that Welcome to the Jungle is hitting the cinema halls on June 26, the makers have been releasing trailers and songs. Led by Akshay Kumar and a massive star cast, the film and its promotional activities have been striking the right chords in the hearts. On May 18, the title track was unveiled, leaving fans ecstatic as it revisits the OG peppy number.

The title track of Akshay Kumar’s Welcome to the Jungle kicks off with the iconic dialogue of Uday Shetty, essayed by Nana Patekar, “Aalu lelo…kaande lelo.” The song gradually unfolds and introduces the star cast, including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal, Tusshar Kapoor, and Johnny Lever. Voiced by Shaan, Priya Patidar, and Vikram Montrose, the song keeps the focus on the comic energy and nostalgia linked with the franchise. Penned by Meggha Bali, Vikram Montrose has revamped and produced the soundtrack. While the original composition is by Sajid-Wajid. As the song unfolds, nostalgic energy and new-age beats can be sensed.
Director Ahmed Khan stated that they wanted every song in Welcome To The Jungle to feel cinematic, entertaining, and mounted on a massive scale. He believes that music plays a huge role in building the world and energy of the film.
