Starring Kunal Kemmu and Preity Zinta in the lead roles, VIBE is all geared up for its much-awaited release on Sept. 18, 2026. The comic caper received an ‘adults only’ rating from the Censor Board. According to the CBFC website, the film’s runtime is 145.55 minutes, meaning 2 hours, 25 minutes, and 55 seconds. Moreover, the comedy-drama didn’t receive any visual cuts. The board only mentioned two things. Here’s what it asked.
CBFC has left VIBE’s visual content untouched. It has only requested the makers to add an anti-drug disclaimer at the beginning and mute foul words. Hence, the film has witnessed zero cuts.
On the other hand, the comedy drama will be locking horns at the box office with Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Daayra, which has also received an ‘A’ rating from the film board. The film too has not been trimmed.
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, VIBE also features Sparsh Shrivastava, Vanshika Dhir, Dinesh Lal Yadav aka Nirahua, and Yashpal Sharma in pivotal roles. It is Preity Zinta’s second film after her comeback. Her previous film, “Batwara 1947,” was released earlier and also received an ‘A’ rating.
