On December 29, 2025, T-Series unveiled the trailer of The Raja Saab. No sooner was the trailer unveiled than it took the internet by storm. Directed by Maruthi, the much-anticipated film starring Prabhas, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, and Zarina Wahab is slated for release on January 9, 2026. Moreover, the romantic horror-comedy has been dubbed in multiple languages. Here’s a closer look at the trailer.

The Raja Saab 2.0 Trailer: What to Expect?

The three-minute trailer kicks off with Zarina Wahab appearing as Prabhas’ grandmother, who tends to forget everyone except a mysterious figure from her past. The man seems to be none other than Sanjay Dutt’s character.

On the other hand, viewers can see Indian actor Prabhas in a dual role. He portrays the role of a carefree young man who inherits an ancestral mansion. Gradually, he realized that the house was haunted, and thus, he set off on a mission to uncover the mystery. Sanjay Dutt plays a phenomenal role of an antagonist, a hypnotist whose spirit possesses the mansion after death. As the trailer comes to an end, Prabhas is spotted in a Joker-like look, which garners the attention of all. What makes him stand apart from the rest is his striking looks and appearance. With a painted face, he sports a suit while wielding a huge hammer.

The trailer transitions into a darker and more intense narrative layered with supernatural and fantasy elements. Undoubtedly, Prabhas, along with the stellar starcast, leaves fans intrigued to know how the narrative unfolds.
