His X post read, “Rajpal Yadav is a gifted actor who has given years of unforgettable work to our industry. Sometimes life turns unfair, not because of talent, but because timing can be brutal. He will be part of my film, and I believe this is the moment for all of us… Producers, directors, and colleagues to stand together.” Moreover, he added that a small signing amount, adjustable against future work, is dignity and not charity.
Jan Shakti Janata Dal president Tej Pratap Yadav too stepped ahead. He stated that on behalf of the JJD family, he is providing financial assistance. In addition, Gurmeet Choudhary too posted on X saying, “Our industry is a family. And family does not abandon its own.” The court had directed Rajpal to pay Rs.1.35 crore in each case, amounting to nearly Rs.9 crore in total.
