The renowned real estate builders and construction company, Danube Properties, is all set to build a Rs. 4000 cr commercial tower named after the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. The 56-storey A-grade tower will be developed on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. On November 14, at the launch event in Mumbai, Adel Sajan, group managing director at Danube Properties, shared the biggest news in the presence of the actor and group founder Rizwan Sajan. By the second quarter of 2029, the tower called Shahrukhz by Danube will be completed.
The SRK-branded real estate project is planned to be affordable for budding professionals and can help people begin their new journeys in the UAE city. In the event, Adel Sajan expressed his joy, saying that the Shah Rukh Khan iconic tower will have his name imprinted on it for life. He said, “This is something that’s being done for the first time. It’s going to be Shah Rukh’s tower for many generations to come. Nobody else, at least in Dubai, can have that kind of tower in the near future.”

The development will be designed around the hanging tower concept, aiming to magnetize Indian buyers. Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road serves as a major arterial corridor, forming a large portion of the 558-kilometre E11 highway that links cities from Abu Dhabi to Ras Al Khaimah. The address also offers access to multiple tourist spots, such as the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, and Bluewaters Island, all within 5 to 15 minutes away. At the Shahrukhz by Danube launch, SRK reacted, saying, “I will show my kids, this is your dad’s building.”
With over 40 amenities, the Shah Rukh Khan Danube property will stand tall as a premium office and commercial destination in Dubai. Spanning a whopping one million square feet of built-up area, the property price starts at USD 460,000. Moreover, one can invest in standard offices of 500-600 sq ft, executive offices of 800-1,200 sq ft, premium offices of 1,500-1,800 sq ft, and prestige offices ranging between 2,500-11,000 sq ft.
