It has surpassed Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Chhaava’ to become the top highest grossing film of 2025, according to the reports. The final numbers like the net and gross collection have yet to be released. The final verdict by the trade analyst will be revealed soon because the movie is still running in cinemas. Although ‘Chhaava’ held the top spot until now, Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ has taken over.
‘Dhurandhar’ has stunning opening. On the 1st day, ‘Dhurandhar’ collected Rs. 28 crore, according to the Sacnilk. This was the domestic net collection.
‘Dhurandhar’ had a fantastic third weekend in the domestic markets. Since the release, its domestic collection has reached a net of Rs. 571.75 crore, as per the Sacnilk. As per the latest numbers released by Jio Studios, ‘Dhurandhar’ collected Rs. 579.20 in India. It’s the net box office collection. ‘Dhurandhar’ has also been doing well worldwide. This movie is not far from the Rs. 900 crore mark. According to Jio Studios’ Instagram post, the film collected Rs. 870.36 gross globally in just 17 days.
According to Wikipedia, Dhurandhar’s Rs. 877.54 crore is now the highest for any Hindi film released in 2025. It has overtaken Laxman Utekar’s ‘Chhaava’, as mentioned above, which ended its run with Rs. 797.34-809 crore earlier this year.
The appeal of the tale to a wider audience is enhanced by the performances of Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Akshaye Khanna and Ranveer Singh.
