Ramayana Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi First Look to be Revealed On Hanuman Jayanti

Ramayana is one of the most anticipated films of 2026. Featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, and Ravi Dubey in lead roles, the makers are all geared up to unveil the first look of the film on the special occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Thursday, April 2. With just a few days of waiting, fans’ excitement is already on the horizon. Producer Namit Malhotra took to his Instagram handle to share the major update with movie buffs and the audience worldwide. 

Helmed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ranbir Kapoor is expected to essay the role of Lord Rama, while Ravi Dubey is supposed to portray the character of his brother, Lord Lakshman. Here are a few more details of the film!

Ramayana First Look to be Unveiled in April

On the auspicious day of Rama Navami, Producer Namit shared the most exciting news ever with fans and followers. He wrote, “Shubh Rama Navami, This is a story that belongs to all of us, and every step we take has been guided by a deep sense of responsibility, devotion, and care to bring our very own Ramayana to life in its truest spirit and scale with utmost sincerity.” He further added, “We look forward to sharing the next glimpse, ‘Rama’ on 2nd April, on the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, as we begin to showcase all these years of our effort through a grand launch with fans to celebrate this moment, across the world. Thank you for your love, faith, and patience.”

No sooner did the producer roll out the major update than fans flooded the comment section expressing their anticipation. Ramayana boasts a star-studded cast with Yash stepping into the role of Ravana, Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, Sunny Deol portraying Lord Hanuman, and Ravi Dubey as Lord Lakshman. For the unversed, the epic is expected to be a two-part cinematic spectacle, with releases slated for Diwali 2026 and 2027, respectively.
