Pati Patni Aur Woh Do Box Office Collection Day 1: Ayushmann Khurrana’s Rom-Com Opens With Rs 4 Cr

Ayushmann Khurrana’s Pati Patni Aur Woh has finally hit the theatres on May 15, 2026. Right from the day of its announcement and trailer drops, the makers have intrigued the audience. The romance-comedy opened with a net collection of over Rs 4 crore. Helmed by Mudassar Aziz, the film has made a fair start at the Indian box office. Now, all eyes are on the weekend to roll in and help it gain some momentum. Due to multiple releases in the Hindi belt, the rom-com has been facing a little congestion at the box office window.

Released on May 15, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do raked in a net of Rs 4 crore by running across 6,822 shows. Talking about the gross collections, the rom-com has earned Rs 4.80 crore. Overseas, the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer minted Rs 1 crore in gross collections, bringing its total worldwide gross collection to Rs 5.80 crore. With an 11.94 percent occupancy rate nationwide, it is still managing to draw audiences to theatres. 

For the unversed, 2019’s Pati Patni Aur Woh, starring Kartik Aaryan, opened with Rs 9.10 crore on day. The second installment failed to break its prequel’s record on day 1. However, strong word-of-mouth may aid the wholesome theatrical entertainer to attract a fair number of moviegoers.
