Pallichattambi OTT Release Date OUT: When and Where to Watch Tovino Thomas and Kayadu Lohar’s Actioner

Pallichattambi, starring Tovino Thomas, hit the theatrical screens on April 15. After completing its run at the box office, the actioner is all set for its OTT debut. Helmed by Dijo José Antony, the period action drama will begin streaming on Sony LIV on July 24, 2026. The official announcement was shared by the streaming platform on its social media handles.

Fans who missed watching the drama on the silver screen will now get an opportunity to binge-watch the film from the comfort of their own homes.

Set in the 1950s, follows Krishna Pillai (played by Tovino Thomas), a man whose life is shaped by tragedy from childhood. After losing his family in a brutal attack, he is rescued and raised by a priest and several local families. However, another devastating loss leaves him determined to stand up against injustice. Years later, Krishna arrives in the village of Kaaniyar under the name Pothan Christopher. With his courage, compassion, and charismatic personality, he quickly earns the trust and admiration of the villagers.

Talking about the film’s OTT release, Tovino shared, “Pallichattambi is a story of transformation, courage, and standing up for what is right, set against one of the most fascinating chapters of Kerala’s history. Portraying Pothan Christopher was an incredibly fulfilling experience, and I’m delighted that the film will now reach an even wider audience through Sony LIV.” 

The Malayalam film stars Kayadu Lohar in a leading role alongside Vijayaraghavan, Shatru, Siddique, Baburaj, T.G. Ravi, Sudheer Karamana, Johny Antony, and Prashanth Alexander in pivotal roles. The film also includes a special cameo appearance by Prithviraj.
