On July 7, the makers of Ohh My Dog unveiled a striking glimpse of the emotional drama. Scheduled to arrive in cinemas on July 31, the film is directed by Amit Rai. The sneak peek offers a glimpse of the heartwarming saga that emphasizes the deep bond of love and loyalty between humans and dogs.

The teaser of Ohh My Dog opens with Bollywood’s legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan’s iconic song Mere Paas Aao Mere Dosto, Ek Kissa Suno. The music track immediately strikes a chord with the audience, taking them down memory lane. While it sets the tone of the film, the release date is gradually revealed. 

As the teaser unfolds, it takes the viewers through an emotional saga that celebrates the unconditional love and loyal companionship shared between humans and dogs. What’s worth noting is the fact that the film features Canine actors Oscar and Bruno in prominent roles, and over 250 dogs. 

Ohh My Dog narrates the tale of a young girl and her beloved dog, using their relationship to advocate compassion, empathy, and harmonious coexistence between humans and animals. Through the film, the director strives to encourage the audience to overcome fear and misconceptions about dogs while fostering greater kindness towards all living beings. 

Talking about the film, the director shared, “Dogs teach us the purest form of love and loyalty without expecting anything in return. Through Ohh My Dog, I wanted to tell a story that is emotional, entertaining, and meaningful for every family.” He further added that the film is not just about a child and a dog. Instead, it is about learning to coexist with all living beings with compassion. “If audiences walk away with a little more kindness in their hearts towards animals, I will feel this film has truly achieved its purpose,” he concluded. Slated to release in theatres on 31st July, the film appears to be a must-watch spectacle.
