Ohh My Dog Box Office Collection Day 1: Pankaj Tripathi’s Heart-Warming Drama Mints Rs 1.17 Cr

“Ohh My Dog Box” has hit the theatrical screens, leaving fans and cinephiles moved from within. The emotional, heart-wrenching drama narrates a warm saga of the relationship shared between a dog and his master. Since the film’s announcement and trailer release, the audience has been waiting for it to arrive in the cinema halls. Released on Aug.7, 2026, it has garnered positive reviews from early viewers. 

Backed by Rajesh Bhardwaj, on the first day, the film collected Rs 90 lakhs by running across 844 shows. As of day 2, it 12.30 PM IST, it has minted Rs 8 lakhs, bringing its total to Rs 1.17 crore.

Ohh My Dog Box Office Collection Day 

Headlined by Pankaj Tripathi, “Ohh My Dog” has found the right audience: animal lovers and pet parents. Directed by Amit Rai, the film has collected a total net of Rs 98 lakhs so far. Though the film has been winning positive reactions on social media, its theatrical release has been on a smaller scale, with just a few screens. The 90-lakh net opening proves that “Ohh My Dog” has witnessed a modest start, and the coming weekend may play a major role in escalating the total collection. As of now, the film outruns “12th Fail,” “Laaptaa Ladies,” and “Main Vaapas Aunga.”

As per reports, the film has been mounted on a budget of around Rs 8 crore to Rs 25 crore. Secondly, the film is locking horns with R.Madhavan’s “GDN”, Rajkummar Rao’s “Prahaar,” and Aryabhatt Ka Zero at the box office. By the end of this week, it will be interesting to see which film dominates the ticket window.
