Mrithyunjay Teaser OUT: Sree Vishnu’s Gripping Thriller to Release With Vishnu Vinyasam, Double Dhamaka for the Actor

It’s literally Sree Vishnu’s year to rule the box office with two of his movies hitting the theatres on the same day. One is Mrithyunjay, whose teaser was recently revealed, and the other is Vishnu Vinyasam. Schedules for release on February 27, 2026, both films are bankrolled by different banners. 

What has lately created a buzz is Mrithyunjay, directed by Hussain Sha Kiran. The teaser of the thriller was revealed at a grand event in Hyderabad by the iconic storyteller S. S. Rajamouli. The preview kicks off with Sree Vishnu’s captivating voiceover about three things a person can never change, cleverly withholding the final point to pique curiosity. Here’s what you can expect from the Telugu mystery crime thriller.

Mrithyunjay is one of the most anticipated movies of Sree Vishnu. The teaser offers a glimpse of a thrilling world. As the narrative unfolds, Vishnu suspects that what appears to be an accident could turn out to be a murder. Speculated to play a convict, his character sets the stage for a gripping investigation. Alongside the actor, the movie also stars Reba Monica John, who essays the role of an IPS officer leading the investigation. Undoubtedly, the teaser raises several intriguing questions that keep the audience hooked.
