Mirzapur The Movie Box Office Collection Day 1: Pankaj Tripathi’s Gangster Thriller Surpasses Rs 30 Cr
“Mirzapur The Movie” hit the theatres on Sept 4, and the film has been performing exceptionally well at the box office. Right after the first show on the first day, social media has been flooded with strong reactions. Starring Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Ravi Kishan, the actioner marks the stellar transition of an OTT series to the silver screen. According to the industry tracker Sacnilk, it has collected a net of Rs 25.15 crore on the first day of its much-awaited release.

On the premiere day, “Mirzapur: The Movie” raked in Rs 25.15 crore net by running across 11,135 shows with 42.7 percent occupancy. After a great start at the domestic box office on the very first day, “Mirzapur” is all geared up for day 2. It has already garnered Rs 81 lakhs with running 2,533 shows with 16.9 percent occupancy. This brings the total gross collections of the film to Rs 31.14 crore.
The occupancy of the morning shows stood at 25.85 percent, afternoon shows at 41.15 percent, evening shows recorded at 41.85 percent, and night shows at 62.38 percent. The Delhi NCR region had 54.3 percent theatre occupancy across 1249 shows, while Mumbai had 30.8 percent in 818 shows. Talking about the Telugu version, it registered theatre occupancy of 24.05 percent.
