Mega158 Goes on Floors, Pawan Kalyan Claps for Chiranjeevi at the Mahurat Ceremony, Take a Look!

Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, tentatively titled Mega158, has officially gone on the floors. Helmed by Bobby Kolli, Power Star Pawan Kalyan was present at the mahurat ceremony in Hyderabad. He was welcomed as the chief guest to support his brother. For the unversed, the film marks the reunion of the actor-director duo after the massive success of 2023’s Waltair Veerayya.

The makers took to their official social media timelines to share the exciting news with fans and movie buffs worldwide. Pawan Kalyan was spotted holding the opening clapboard for the film’s first shot. Additionally, the Mega brothers, including Naga Babu, handed over the script to director Bobby to mark the film’s commencement.

Backed by KVN Productions, the film is expected to be a high-voltage mass entertainer. For the unversed, Mega158 marks the banner’s first Telugu venture. According to reports, National Award-winning actor Priyamani, Mohanlal, Anurag Kashyap, and Bandla Ganesh are expected to play pivotal roles. Moreover, S Thaman will be composing the music, while cinematography will be handled by Vijay Kartik Kannan.

Talking more about the unsung heroes, the screenplay has been penned by Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy, with additional support from Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri. Dialogues are written by Bhanu–Nandu. All in all, the film’s regular shooting is scheduled to begin in Hyderabad, coming Friday, a day after its formal launch. Fans now await the makers to reveal more updates of the film, release date, star cast, and themes.
