Last Man in Tower Trailer OUT: What to Expect?

The makers unveiled the trailer of “Last Man in Tower,” which dives straight into the conflict between individual beliefs and the aspirations of an entire community. The official synopsis of the drama reads, “When everyone chooses progress, one man chooses principle.”

Manoj Bajpayee essays the role of Yogesh Mishra, a retired physics teacher living in an ageing Mumbai housing society. When the residents agree to a lucrative redevelopment proposal, he is the only person unwilling to give up his apartment. On the other hand, his neighbours consider the redevelopment an opportunity for a better future. But Yogesh remains determined to hold on to his home and the memories associated with it.

Talking about his character, Manoj Bajpayee shared, “What drew me to Last Man in Tower was the complexity of Yogesh Mishra. He is a man who stands firmly by his beliefs, yet the story leaves you questioning whether he is right or wrong. As an actor, I found that ambiguity fascinating because it allowed me to explore the many layers of a character who is stubborn, vulnerable and deeply attached to his home and the memories it holds.”
