Krishnavataram Trailer OUT: Siddharth Gupta Offers a Spiritual Dive Into the Enchanting World of Lord Krishna

All eyes are on Siddharth Gupta as the makers of Krishnavataram unveiled the trailer of the film at the sacred Krishna Janmabhoomi. What’s worth noting is the fact that the unveiling extended across key sacred sites, including Raman Reti Temple, Radha Rani Temple, Prem Mandir, and ISKCON Vrindavan. In a nutshell, the trailer launch was nothing short of a multi-location devotional movement. 

Slated to hit the silver screen on May 7, 2026, Krishnavataram is expected to be a sweeping cinematic retelling of Hindu god Krishna’s life, spanning across his love life, wedding, and royal legacy. Roll your eyes over for a closer look at the freshly dropped teaser. 

Krishnavataram Trailer Unveiled: What to Expect?

Helme by Hardik Gajjar, the film stars Siddharth Gupta as Krishna, Sushmitha Bhat as Radha, Nivaashiyni Krishnan as Rukmini, and Sanskruti Jayana as Satyabhama. The saga of Krishna spans across his emotionally charged bond with Radha, his royal marriage to Rukmini, and his relationship with Satyabhama. The movie is expected to be heavy on immersive, high-concept world-building, with larger-than-life cinematography and watercolor-like frames. Moreover, the film features Vrindavan’s pastoral landscapes as well as Dwarka’s royal scale. 

The three-minute-31-second trailer hints at a cinematic experience rooted in devotion and storytelling. For the unversed, the film is produced by Sajan Raj Kurup and Shobha Sant of Creativeland Studios Entertainment, along with Poonam Shroff and Parth Gajjar of Athasrikatha Motion Pictures. Krishnavataram is envisioned as the first installment of a three-part franchise.
