According to an official statement shared by his family on social media, the actor breathed his last on Monday in Sydney.
For the unversed, Neill battled courageously with a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer, but in April he revealed becoming cancer-free. He was diagnosed with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, a rare type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
