Jeevan Bheema Yojana Trailer OUT: Arshad Warsi’s Dark Comedy Offers a Blend of Humour, Crime, And Suspense

Helmed by Abhishek Dogra, the trailer of “Jeevan Bheema Yojana” has been unveiled. Starring Arshad Warsi, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Vijay Raaz, Pooja Chopra, Bijendra Kala, and the late Atul Parchure in the key roles, it is slated to arrive in theatres on Sept. 4, 2026. Earlier, the film was set to arrive in cinemas on Aug. 28. However, the makers released a poster and announced the change. Since its initial poster release, the dark comedy has sparked significant buzz online. Now that the trailer has been unveiled, fans and cinephiles are intrigued to know what’s more in store.

“Jeevan Bheema Yojana” chronicles the journey of Jeevan, essayed by Arshad Warsi, a debt-ridden common man whose life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with his dangerous lookalike, Bheema. What initially appears to be an opportunity soon spirals into a chaotic chain of events, drawing its characters into a web of lies, greed, and increasingly risky choices. Talking about his role, Warsi shared, “Playing two characters in a film was a completely different experience for me. Jeevan and Bheema are very different people, and the fun was in finding the little details that make each of them distinct. The film has a very interesting premise with a lot of humour, but it comes from the situations and the characters rather than being forced. I think audiences will have a lot of fun watching Jeevan and Bheema’s worlds collide.”

Meanwhile, Sanjeeda plays the role of Yojana, Jeevan’s sharp and resourceful wife, who finds herself entangled in the growing chaos of situations. Bankrolled by Starbeam Ventures Limited, formerly known as Blue God Entertainment Limited, the film blends humour, crime, suspense, and mistaken identities.
