Jailer 2 Review on X: Fans Praise Rajnikanth’s Performance And the Film’s Larger Than Life Moments

The day has finally arrived! Superstar Rajinikanth’s “Jailer 2” has hit the theatres today, on Oct. 15. Helmed by directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, expectations were sky high from the sequel of the 2023 blockbuster. After witnessing the spectacle on the silver screens on the first day, first show, early reviews and reactions have started pouring in on social media. Considering the buzz, fans have been praising Rajinikanth’s stellar performance, non-stop action, twists and turns, the larger-than-life moments, comic timings, and the impressive cameos of the other well-known celebrities. 

Besides Rajinikanth, the film also boasts a stellar cast including Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Mohanlal, Mirnaa, Shiva Rajkumar, Vidya Balan, S J Suryah, Mithun Chakraborty, and Suraj Venjaramoodu. Considering the early reactions and reviews, it is safe to say that the film has recieved positive feedback. Talking about the overall experience, a user shared, “The film has EVERYTHING a MASS audience wants. NONSTOP ACTION. No breathing space between the set pieces. It is a RAMPAGE. Slow-motion blocks land with mass BGM. There’s a cameo of a superstar. Yes, your guess is right… Comedy works definitely. The BGM is not exceptional this time, except the original, HR-VB theme. In some aspects, doesn’t surpass the original, but it is nothing short of a TREAT. The villain STEALS the show. Songs add another plus point. For Mass audiences and #Rajinikanth fans, the film is nothing short of a FESTIVAL. FINAL VERDICT: SOLID!!”
