Emily in Paris is returning to Netflix for one last adventure, and we can’t help but anticipate more updates. On May 21, 2026, fashion comedy star Lily Collins took to her social media feed to announce the exciting news. She wrote, “Season 6 will bring you everything you love about the show and serve as the final chapter in Emily’s adventure of a lifetime.” The popular series will conclude with its sixth season, which is currently shooting in Greece. The sixth installment was announced back in January.
The previous season five dropped the curtain with Emily, played by Lily Collins, choosing to return to Paris after opening a Rome office of the marketing agency she worked for. Simultaneously, she started and ended a new romantic relationship. Eagle-eyed fans are now intrigued to know what the final season has in store.
The first stop for Emily in Paris season 6 is Greece, will then jet off to Monaco, and return to the City of Light. The Darren Star, creator of the series, shared, “As we embark on the final season, I am so grateful to Netflix, Paramount, and, most importantly, the fans who have taken this incredible journey with us. We can’t wait to share this last chapter with you. Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives, inspiring your dreams of travel and your love of Paris. We will always have ‘Emily in Paris!”
On the other hand, Collins’s video serves as a reminder of all the joy, sparkle, and everything that happens behind the scenes of Emily in Paris. The finale season is expected to follow the well-heeled footsteps of Season 5, which saw Emily take a bit of a Roman holiday. In Rome, she was spotted romancing by Italian cashmere heir Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini, before realizing her heart yearns for the home she built in Paris. Moreover, Emily’s best friend, Mindy, gets engaged to her own fashion designer beau, Nicolas de Léon, portrayed by Paul Forman, but has a spark with Alfie, a role played by Laviscount that can’t seem to be extinguished.
In a nutshell, the star cast includes Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Lucien Laviscount, Eugenio Franceschini, Thalia Besson, Paul Forman, Arnaud Binard, Minnie Driver, Bryan Greenberg, and Michèle Laroque.
