Dulquer Salmaan’s I’m Game is slated to hit the cinema halls worldwide on August 20, 2026. Helmed by Nahas Hidhayath, the film is bankrolled by Dulquer Salmaan and Jom Varghese under the banner of Wayfarer Films. After a two-year gap, Dulquer Salmaan is finally returning to the silver screen. His highly anticipated film I’m Game has officially got August 20 as its release date, coinciding with the Onam festival. The vibrant new poster features Dulquer standing at the centre of a cheering crowd.
I’m Game‘s hails from Nahas himself, with the screenplay co-written by Bilal Moidu, Ismail Aboobacker, and Sajeer Baba. Shahabas Rasheed and Aadarsh Sukumaran have written the dialogues. Meanwhile, the film boasts a great ensemble cast, including RDX actor Antony Varghese Pepe in a pivotal role, while Tamil filmmaker Mysskin makes his Malayalam acting debut. Tamil actor Kathir, Kayadu Lohar, and Samyuktha Viswanathan also appear in pivotal roles. Nonetheless, fans and movie fanatics await more updates of the film.
In April 2026, the cast and crew concluded the shooting of Dulquer Salmaan’s I’m Game. Announcing the wrap, the actor wrote, “And it’s a filming Wrap on #ImGame. A grand total of 156 days of hard work and effort. It has been the most demanding yet fulfilling experience. And what a team we are ! Across every department everyone’s given their best and we’ve grown into a large family with one unified goal over the past 11 months. We can’t wait to begin sharing all things I’m Game with all of you and finally the film this Onam in cinemas across the world.” Apart from Malayalam, I’m Game will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
