BLACKPINK fans, good news for you guys! Your favorite Jisoo is all set to star alongside Seo In-guk in Netflix’s sweetest K-drama rom-com series, Boyfriend on Demand. Slated to stream from March 6, 2026, the series follows the theme of a virtual dating subscription service. The service allows users to experience their dream dates virtually.

The teaser showcases a new world opening up for Jisoo, who essays the role of Mi Rae. The artist states that it is a fun watch. She says, “Boyfriend on Demand is a bouncy romantic comedy that tells the story of Mirae, who wants love but faces realistic problems and struggles as she grows up.” Seo In Guk, who plays Gyeong Nam, described the drama as “a work with a distinctive uniqueness in its premise.”

Boyfriend on Demand Teaser Unveiled: What to Expect? 

The teaser kicks off with Seo Mi Rae (Kim Jisoo), exhausted by her demanding schedule and fading love life. She hence subscribed to a virtual dating service. Her colleague introduces her to the world of simulation dating. Where she begins to explore an undiscovered part of herself through monthly boyfriends who deceive her.

As the teaser unfolds, Seo Mi Rae is spotted experiencing several highly popular dating tropes on the app. She then interacts with ‘perfect’ versions of men, including an experience college romance, sageuk, celebrity, and more settings. Through these tropes, she meets sweet, bad boy, doctor, and more styles of men through the app. It is indeed intriguing to know how the plot unfolds. Alongside the lead actors, the series also features Seo Kang Joon, Lee Soo Hyuk, Kim Young Dae, and Lee Jae Wook in key roles.
