Awarapan 2 Review on X: Fans Praise Makers as Emran Hashmi’s Return as Shivam Takes Centre Stage

Emran Hashmi has returned as Shivam Pandit with “Awarapan 2” nearly two decades after the cult favourite. After months of anticipation, the film has hit the theatres on Aug. 14. Undoubtedly, the sequel has kept the originality and emotional touch of the 2007 original film intact. As of now, the early reactions and responses suggest that the film’s music, emotional story, and Emraan Hashmi’s performance have left the audience impressed. 

Besides the lead actor, the drama also stars Disha Patani and Shabana Azmi in the lead roles. Not to forget, it’s a double victory for Shabana Azmi with two releases, one “Batwara 1947” and “Awarapan 2” locking horns on the same date. “Awarapan 2” has opened to mixed reactions, with early viewers praising the on-screen performances, emotional depth, and nostalgia. Rating the film four out of five stars a fan took to X, writing, “Awarapan 2 – Movie Review. Awarapan 2 sirf ek sequel nahi, balki emotions, love, pain aur sacrifice ki ek intense journey hai. On the other hand, a fan shared a mixed review on X. He wrote, “Awarapan is just one time watch movie. No or little emotions compare to part 1. #emraanhashmi did well but movie left no scope for hit out of park #vejunoon is good number #dishapatani needs to learn movie. All and all dont go with high hopes #awarapan2review.”
