O’Romeo’s New Song, ‘Ishq Ka Fever’ Teaser Out

On February 1, 2026, the teaser of the new song from O’Romeo was unveiled. Post the release, Vishal Bhardwaj took to Instagram and penned an emotional note. He expressed disbelief over Arijit Singh’s decision to step away from playback singing. The caption read, “He wrote, “Hey Arijit.. Till a few days back while we were jamming on this song (you were shooting the video) I didn’t know that this will be my one of the last film song with you. This is unfair.. #TakeBackYourSanyaas. It’s unacceptable.”

Arijit Singh’s retirement from playback singing sent shockwaves across the film and music industry. However, the new soundtrack and his last love song in O’Romeo soothed the hearts of the audience.
