Released on December 8, the new fictional sports drama web series Real Kashmir Football Club is currently streaming on Sony LIV via OTTplay Premium. The sports drama stars Manav Kaul and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in the lead roles. It is based on a true story about two men from Kashmir, one Hindu Pandit and one Muslim, who overcome political and social challenges to form the first professional football club in the valley. 

2. Kesariya@100 – Zee5

Kesariya@100 will premiere on Zee5 on December 12. The documentary series traces the 100-year journey of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The series showcases the organisation’s growth from its founding by Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar in 1925 to its current role in community service, education, and disaster relief. It also highlights lesser-known aspects of the RSS. 

3. The Great Shamsuddin Family –  JioHotstar

The Great Shamsuddin Family is a Hindi comedy-drama set to premiere on JioHotstar on December 12, 2025. Directed and written by Anusha Rizvi, the stellar cast includes Kritika Kamra as Bani Ahmed, along with Farida Jalal, Sheeba Chaddha, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Juhi Babbar Soni, Purab Kohli, and Manoj Pahwa. The plot follows Bani, a writer facing a critical 12-hour deadline for her dream job in the USA, whose day turns chaotic when her large, opinionated family arrives unannounced, bringing feuds, emergencies, and drama.

4. Saali Mohabbat – Zee5 

From December 12, movie buffs can log into Zee5 and watch the suspense drama Saali Mohabbat. Directed by Tisca Chopra, the film features Radhika Apte as Smita and Divyenndu Sharma as a local police officer, Ratan. Set in the small town of Fursatgarh, the narrative revolves around Smita, a sheltered housewife whose life is turned upside down after the murder of her husband and cousin. As Ratan suspects her involvement, the film unfolds into a tense cat-and-mouse thriller exploring themes of infidelity, moral ambiguity, and betrayal.

5. Single Papa – Netflix

Another visual treat scheduled for OTT release on December 12 is Single Papa on Netflix. It is a Hindi comedy-drama series starring Kunal Kemmu as Gaurav Gehlot. Accompanying him are Manoj Pahwa, Neha Dhupia, Ayesha Raza Mishra, and Prajakta Koli. The series follows Gaurav, a recently divorced “man-child,” who surprises his family by deciding to adopt a baby.
