Mumbai University Admission 2026: UG First Merit List and Cut Off Released

For starting the UG, that is, the undergraduate admissions for the 2026-27 academic year, the merit list and cut off for Mumbai University admissions has been released.

Before applying to Mumbai University, candidates must review the eligibility criteria since the institution has certain course specific standards. Students must complete Class 12 in any subject for admission to BA programmes, whereas applicants must complete Class 12 in the science stream for admission to BSc programmes.

The University of Mumbai released its first merit list for undergraduate admissions on May 26. For the institution and its affiliated colleges, the merit list went live at 11 am. At the muugadmission.samarth.edu.in admission portal, the Mumbai University admission list will be posted.

The official admission portal at muugadmission.samarth.edu.in provides access to the first merit list for Mumbai University for all registered candidates. For the academic year 2026-2027, the undergraduate admissions online registration procedure started on May 6.

For admissions in 2026, students who registered will be taken into account for selection based on the Mumbai University merit list. The second merit list will be made public on May 30 and the third merit list is expected to follow on June 4, according to the calendar.
