The horrifying incident took place in front of Chandra Mouli Nagamallaiah’s wife and son, who, despite trying, couldn’t save him. CCTV footage of the incident shows the accused, Cobos-Martinez, retrieving a machete and attacking Nagamallaiah.

Another disturbing video going viral online captured the accused carrying Nagamallaiah’s severed head to a dumpster, where he allegedly placed it after kicking it.

Cobos-Martinez was detained in connection with the case and has been charged with capital murder.
