A viral post is catching the attention of many users, as the founder has explained a math that many people ignore or one might think of. He has shared a breakdown of the Rs. 36 LPA remote job and Rs. 62 LPA tech job, where being much lower than the tech job, the remote job has more benefits, as per his math.

He said that because of the way their income is set up, someone working remotely for Rs. 36 lakh may earn more than someone working for Rs. 62 LPA at a prestigious tech business. As an example of two friends with quite different compensation structures, Devaansh Bhandari gave a perspective. One person earns about Rs. 36 lakh annually while working remotely as a contractor, whereas the other earns Rs. 62 lakh annually at a large IT business.

Bhandari said that the monthly income paints a different picture. The individual with the more expensive package does not receive the majority of that amount as real money, he stated.

He claims that the tech employee earns between Rs. 1.5 and Rs. 1.8 lakh per month. On the other hand, the remote contractor earns around Rs. 2.7 to Rs. 2.9 lakh every month, even if their yearly salary is lower. The income of the remote contractor is structured differently. The majority of the Rs. 36 lakh is paid upfront, rather than being divided into several pieces.

A tax advantage under Section 44ADA was brought up by Bhandari. The tax burden is reduced by the fact that only a portion of the income is taxable under this rule. As a result, the contractor pays significantly less taxes overall. With this, they may maintain a greater amount of money each month as opposed to someone who earns more on paper.
