Tata Motors’ business is rising. Tata Motors passenger vehicles total sales jumped 35 percent to 63,331 units in February 2026. In contrast, 46,811 units were sold in February 2025, representing a significant 57% increase year over year.

In terms of performance, domestic passenger vehicle sales climbed from 46,435 units in the same month of the previous year to 62,329 units. The increase is 34% or 15,894 units in real terms.

With 1,002 devices shipped in February 2026 as opposed to 376 in February 2025, export volumes also demonstrated significant momentum. This is a significant increase of 167% in foreign markets over the previous year, highlighted by PTI.

Sales of electric vehicles remained a major factor in Tata’s overall passenger car performance. The firm sold 8,385 electric vehicles in February 2026, as opposed to 5,343 units the previous year. This indicates a 57% rise, highlighting the growing significance of the EV portfolio in Tata’s passenger car business growth, as per the reports.

According to the media reports, an outstanding showing in February 2026, fueled by robust local demand, increased exports and continuous increases in sales.
