Tata Aeris Officially Launched in India at Rs 5.29 Lakh, Check Features and More

With the release of the Tata Aeris, Tata Motors introduces direct nameplate replacement and a major generation facelift for the outgoing Tata Tigor. It has a starting price of Rs. 5.29 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). Deliveries begin on October 11 and bookings are available, according to reports.

Furthermore, the sedan’s side profile contributes a new feel thanks to softer lines that link the roofline to the back. With a totally new design for the tail lamps, it also provides a fresh design for the back end. Paint treatments such as Dandeli Drizzle, Nitro Crimson, Dune Glow, Pure Grey, Pristine White and Daytona Grey combine the design elements. A fresh design for the 15 inch alloy wheels adds to its beauty.

A free floating 10.25 inch infotainment screen in the middle rounds off the instrument panel, which is made up of a completely digital screen. The Tata Aeris has a 1.2 litre NA petrol engine that generates 86 horsepower and 113 Newton meters of peak torque.

With manual and automatic transmission, it gains the brand’s i-CNG engine. With its twin cylinder architecture, the CNG version has a 70 litre capacity and is designed to provide greater boot space. In this case, 227 litres (Usable floor space).

With many features designed to attract customers, the vehicle offers significant improvement over the Tigor. Compared to its predecessor, the brand new Aeris is designed to look much sharper, more modern and more premium, whereas the older Tigor was more traditional and round, highlighted by reports.
