Persistence is Insane: Techie Secures Rs 1.1 Crore Amazon Role after 15 Rejections; Internet Reacts

After getting many rejections, one employee has secured his job at Amazon Germany. A user has shared a post on social media which is now going viral. He explained the ordeal as well as expressing the persistent rejections also gave him experience.

Gantavya Malviya, shares on X that he faced 15 rejections. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from LNCT Bhopal despite not having a Computer Science background. He reportedly snagged a Rs. 1.1 crore package after managing to secure an off-campus opportunity with Amazon Germany.

He did not let those rejections deter him; instead, he kept improving his talents and making applications. He began exploring technology at the end of his first year, giving himself a few years to learn, experiment and create. Python projects, Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Machine Learning were all part of his preparation. He also sought internships in addition to technical talents, which aided him in acquiring practical workplace and leadership abilities.

He used a straightforward but persistent strategy. He frequently monitored Amazon’s employment site and applied for every position for which he was qualified in several places. Finally, one of the apps was successful. The selection process was successfully completed by him and he was chosen for a position with Amazon Germany. According to reports, Amazon Germany offered a Rs. 1.1 crore deal as a consequence of that persistence.
