NSE’s Much Awaited IPO to Open on THIS Date, OFS Reduced Ahead of Listing
NSE’s much awaited IPO is about to open this month as the official date is now out. The NSE will open its long-awaited initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on September 17, clearing the way for the bourse’s long awaited listing nearly ten years after its intentions to go public were put on hold.
According to the red herring prospectus (RHP), the three-day program will finish on September 21, with bidding for anchor investors occurring on September 16.
Fixed Price Band: Rs. 1,700-1,785 Per Equity Share
After Hyundai Motor India’s Rs. 27,870 crore offer in 2024, the Rs. 22,569 crore IPO will be the second largest public issue in the nation when it concludes on September 21. Nonetheless, the NSE offering would top the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) initial public offering (IPO) of Rs. 21,000 crore from 2022.
Almost ten years after the NSE’s plans to go public were put on hold due to regulatory obstacles, the IPO is now taking place. With SEBI approval, the exchange will make its market debut on September 24.
