There are many billionaires in the world who are well known and, for many, they are role models. Today we are going to discuss a successful woman who topped the Hurun India Rich List this year. Jayshree Ullal, the President and CEO of Arista Networks, tops the rank, according to the Hurun India Rich List 2025.

Neither Pichai nor Nadella is now at the top of the list of Indian-origin executives, even if they lead two of the most powerful businesses in the world, according to the reports.

Jayshree Ullal is the wealthiest Indian professional manager in the world with a net worth of Rs. 50,170 crore, placing her ahead of some well-known Silicon Valley colleagues. Pichai of Google comes in seventh with Rs. 5,810 crore, while Nadella of Microsoft comes next with Rs. 9,770 crore, according to the list.

She operates the cloud networking firm, which creates and markets a variety of software products, from its base in Santa Clara, California. The billionaire businesswoman Jayshree Ullal, who was born in the United Kingdom and is of Indian descent, has been in charge of the software services company Arista Networks for the last 17 years.

Ullal earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Francisco State University, according to her LinkedIn profile. Later, in 1986, she graduated from Santa Clara University with a Master of Science in Engineering Management. In 2025, she received an honorary doctorate in engineering in appreciation of her contributions to the industry.

In September 2008, Ullal joined Arista Networks, where he continues to work as the company’s CEO. The business is a cloud networking business that offers software-driven, high-performance switches as well as solutions for enterprise campus environments, cloud service providers, and massive data centers.

Prior to joining Arista, Ullal worked at Fairchild Semiconductor, AMD (Advanced Micro Devices), and Cisco Systems.
