The French company L’Oreal intends to launch a Rs. 3,500 crore investment in the Hyderabad GCC this year. The inauguration of the 3,500 crore rupee investment by the French company L’Oreal in the Hyderabad GCC is scheduled for this year. Following conversations between L’Oréal CEO Nicolas Hieronimus and top Telangana government officials during the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos, the firm announced Tuesday the opening of its first worldwide Tech Hub in Hyderabad, according to reports.
L’Oreal and the Telangana government formalized their partnership in Davos by pledging an investment of more than Rs. 3,500 crore by 2030. Hyderabad’s position as a hub for international business operations will be strengthened by the new facility, which will support L’Oréal’s global digital transformation, AI and analytics initiatives. “We are delighted that L’Oréal has chosen Hyderabad for its new global tech hub,” Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said in welcoming the groundbreaking collaboration. The high regard that global leaders have for Telangana’s creative environment and pool of talented individuals is reflected in this choice.
The relationship, he continued, establishes Telangana as a center for AI and digital excellence on a global scale and generates 2,000 high-value jobs, thereby directly advancing the “Telangana Rising: 2047 Vision.”
