This man from Bengaluru had discovered some dark sides to the process, from buying a house to living in a flat for a long period of time. After posting the mundane truth of purchasing an apartment in the city on social media, a Bengaluru homeowner has gained online attention.

A year after purchasing the apartment, the resident disclosed all the things that made them unhappy. The homeowner also chastised the residents who refused to pay for the water truck, as they demanded that all services be included in the maintenance charge, Plus that monkeys come and break the pipes, causing water to be halted until the pipes could be repaired in no more than 25 minutes.

He also mentioned the reality of EMIs. The EMI seems like a noose around your neck, even if it’s really low. Despite all of this, he eventually understands that you can still pay off the EMI and buy a home for your aging parents to live in. However, these are the things they don’t tell you after you have your own apartment, he wrote in the post.
