Additionally, they stated that ensuring stability so they could keep assisting their families was their top priority.
The individual took to social media to share insights from their experience, detailing the challenges faced and lessons learned throughout the rigorous interview cycle.
“It’s been a little over 5 months now that I have actively started applying for a job (I had to quit my previous organization: EPAM Systems, due to severe sciatica),” the tech professional wrote in a Reddit post in r/developersIndia subreddit. “I used the break to recover and then dive into GenAI the most given its current market value and also my personal interest in the tech,” he said in the post.
